The issue was caused by a failing machine on our storage platform.

We were experiencing an outage on our hosting platform and slow IO on our VPSes caused by a failing machine in our storage cluster.

The failing system has been identified and isolated, and everything appears stable again.

All services should be operational at this point.

We will of course continue to monitor the situation.
